What does your service include?
Our service includes bingsu made fresh for your guests, a staffed dessert cart, serving supplies, menu display, quick setup at your venue, and cleanup/dismantling of the cart after service.
We will also coordinate timing and basic setup details with you before the event so the dessert service fits smoothly into your celebration.
How many flavors can we choose?
All packages include up to 3 delicious Bingsu Flavors of your choosing. Additional flavors can be added for an upcharge, depending on guest count and event flow.
Do you offer tastings?
We are not offering private tastings at the moment, but we are happy to answer menu questions and help you choose the best flavors for your event.
If Bingsuverse joins or hosts any public pop-ups or tasting opportunities in the future, we will share the details on Instagram at @bingsuverse.
Are all flavors available year-round?
Most core flavors are planned for regular availability. Mango Galaxy is seasonal because fresh mango availability can change.
What does your setup require at the venue?
We require access to a power source within 25 feet and a 6' x 6' space for indoor setup.
For outdoor events, we require a 10' x 10' space so we can set up a canopy. Additional outdoor setup or canopy-related fees may apply depending on the event details.
Areas of Service and Travel
Bingsuverse is currently available to cater private events in Chicagoland.
A roundtrip mileage fee is calculated for locations beyond a 25-mile radius from Lombard, IL.
You can also inquire about out-of-state events. Please include the event location in your inquiry so we can review availability and travel details.
Booking and Payment Info
To secure your event date with us, please submit an inquiry through our Inquiry Form. We will reach out with our availability and a custom quote for your event.
You can either pay in full or in 2 installments. For 2-installment payments, a 50% deposit of the total estimate is due upon receipt of the custom quote. The remaining balance is due in full at the event.
Payment is accepted via cash, Zelle, or online credit card transaction. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments.
